Recently, Andy Thomas, an Australian artist built a visualiser for bird songs, so called audio life forms. These beautiful creations look like the sound they represent and act accordingly too. The end result is an acid trip of an experience.

However, we have to agree that Thomas’s visualiser is actually a slightly fancier version of what is available in iTunes. Still, it has its own creative energy. You can watch a video he made for a crow’s song and then decipher how the idea starts out with a drawing and eventually turns into a 3D animation.
