Urbanization and modernization are making us lazy and unfit. Obviously, bodies ask for a minimum level of physical exertion to keep it fit. We avoid even that, therefore, designers and electronic manufacturers, app developers are trying tempting new combinations to inspire us to exercise, to burn calories or we can say that they are exploiting our craving for fitness.
Hoop is another addition to these alluring options. It’s, so far, is claimed to be world’s first app-enabled hula-hoop.
The concept is simple with only three options for users with which they could either burn and count their calories, get connected online to participate to compete with other users from around the world, or it could be switched to Rave mode where it’s flashing and colorful LED lights make it useful.
It features wink connectivity, rechargeable batteries with power adapter, and a motion sensor. The Hoop is made from plastic. Well, at least, it won’t break easily. The price of the product isn’t decided yet.
